Delivery & returns
Our standard hire window is seven days. Tracked delivery and return shipping are included with your hire. Your kit comes in a resealable box so you can send it back in the same packaging.
At checkout, choose post-office drop-off or courier collection on day seven. Only the camera itself needs to come back. You’re welcome to keep the other items, or send them back if they’re unused and you don’t need or want them. Follow the return instructions supplied with your kit.
You don’t have to use every film pack: send back any unused, sealed 10-shot packs supplied with your hire and we’ll refund you for those packs under our film buyback. Opened packs and loose shots aren’t eligible. Film bought outright follows the sales returns policy instead. Read our hire terms or ask us a question before booking.
A few useful answers
When should my hire window start?
We recommend starting two or three days before your event to leave a buffer for delivery. Allow longer for locations further afield and take weekends and public holidays into account. Choose your dates above to check availability.
What do I need to return?
Only the camera itself must be returned, in the supplied box. Everything else is yours to keep; you can send the other items back if they’re unused and you don’t need or want them. Any unused, sealed hire film packs you return are eligible for our film buyback. Your selected checkout return method tells you whether to drop the box off or have it collected.
How can I make the guestbook easy to use?
Put it somewhere guests will notice, leave clear instructions and keep pens and photo fixings beside it. Decide whether guests can take extra prints home so you can plan the film. Our guestbook guide has more practical tips.
