SALE RETURNS
We’re pretty confident you’ll love having your cameras, but just in case life throws a spanner in the works, here’s how we handle returns without everyone losing their minds.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If something turns up broken, missing parts, or just not working as it should, get in touch within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the situation. We’ll also cover the return postage because, well, it’s our problem not yours.
CHANGE OF MIND (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Just let us know before the 14 days are up, then return the item within another 14 days.
As long as it’s unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition, we’ll refund the full cost of the item, and the standard delivery charge (not fancy express options).
Return postage is on you, though. Sorry, them’s the rules.
EXCEPTIONS
We can’t accept returns for:
Opened or used film packs
Custom or personalised items
Anything that obviously can’t be resold for ‘common-sense’ reasons
Basically, if we can’t sell it again, we can’t refund it.
HOW TO RETURN
Pack the item securely and send it via a tracked service to the address provided in your order confirmation. Keep the proof of postage — it’s your safety net if Postman Pat goes rogue. Once your return lands safely, we’ll issue your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
Need a different item or made a whoopsie with your order? Email or call us as soon as possible — we’ll do what we can to swap it before it ships.
REFUND TIMING
We’ll process refunds within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your bank might take a bit longer to show it, but we’ll move fast on our end.
YOUR RIGHTS (THE SERIOUS BIT)
This policy sits neatly alongside your statutory rights under UK law — specifically the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here overrides them.
